Overview of refund and return policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 30 days of your purchase indicating that you are dissatisfied with the product.
To complete your return/ refund, we require:
- You to email us within 30 days of your purchase indicating that you are dissatisfied with the product
- a receipt or proof of purchase
Exclusions
There are certain situations where we do not offer refunds or exchanges
- Any claim made more than 30 days after purchase
- Sale items cannot be refunded
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products and software
Refunds
Once we receive your email request for refund or exchange, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ataare.com.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for online courses and classes accessed live online (i.e. we do not offer exchanges for coaching programmes or downloadable products). If you need to exchange an online course, please email us at info@ataare.com and let us know the product you would like to exchange it for. Please note that your access will be revoked for the previous product as soon as we receive your request for exchange
Shipping returns and exchanges
All our products are digital products. For products that are accessed online, your access will be revoked as soon as we receive and process your request for refund or exchange
Downloadable items are not eligible for returns

Other Terms and Conditions
For Business Coaching
1 | A proposal will accompany a letter of engagement that must be executed by the coach and client before the engagement begins |
2 | Full payment must be made before the engagement begins, using Ataare Advisors’ digital payment methods. For Coach x Consult products, a payment plan is available on request. |
3 | The coaching engagement will be entirely virtual leverage email, video calls, and Slack |
4 | A kick-off call will be had to go through the scope of work and align on activities, pre-work, and deliverables |
5 | Remember, a coach is not a silver bullet; the client must put in the work and come prepared to all coaching sessions |
For online courses
- All payments must be received before access is provided to the online courses
- All customers have lifetime access to the courses they purchase. Our refund and return policy applies
